Sales Business Development Specialist

About the role

The Sales Business Development professional will work on‑site in Riyadh to identify and secure new business opportunities for Props Box, an events and engagement company. The role involves building a pipeline of potential clients, conducting outreach, and delivering tailored event solutions that drive audience participation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the events and engagement sector.
• Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients, conducting outreach through calls, meetings, presentations and networking.
• Research target markets, understand client needs and prepare tailored proposals and quotations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design event solutions and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Track sales performance, provide regular reports and insights to management, and ensure high‑standard customer service.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and market research abilities to identify opportunities and support data‑driven decisions.
• Proven lead generation experience, including prospecting, qualifying leads and managing a sales pipeline.
• Prior experience in sales, business development or account management, preferably within events, marketing or experiential industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field is preferred; fluency in English required, Arabic a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for tracking leads and managing contacts.
• Competence in basic office software for reporting and documentation.
