About the role
Bazz is seeking a full‑time Sales Consultant to join its fast‑growing team in the Riyadh region. You will help beauty salons, spas and professionals adopt Bazz’s technology platform, guiding them from first contact through onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and engage salon owners, spa managers, and beauty business operators across the Riyadh region.
- Conduct discovery calls, product demos and in‑person meetings tailored to each client’s needs.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and smooth handover to onboarding teams.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM tools, track activity and provide accurate forecasts.
- Collaborate with marketing, product and onboarding teams to align on campaigns and incorporate client feedback.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to support regional expansion.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales consulting or client‑facing roles with a track record of driving growth.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build lasting relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in both Arabic and English.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing in‑person meetings and remote tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred.
