Sales Consultant – Retail (Jeddah)

About the role

Sales Consultant responsible for showcasing and selling new cars to showroom visitors in Jeddah. The role involves greeting customers, answering questions, explaining vehicle features, financing options and warranties.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and maintain monthly/annual sales targets while adhering to company policies and presentation standards.
• Determine customer needs, recommend suitable vehicles and highlight benefits.
• Check vehicle availability, assist customers with financing options and process approvals.
• Initiate orders, schedule vehicle delivery and follow up with customers post‑sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
• Maintain confidentiality in all business aspects as required by company policy.
• Use the sales kit throughout the selling process to ensure standards are followed.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 2 years experience in field sales, preferably automotive.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
• Good interpersonal skills and professional appearance.
• Maintain a warm, friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic attitude throughout the sales process.
• Maintain confidentiality as per company policy.
