Sales Consultant – Retail Store

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Sales Consultants to join our store team in Dammam. In this customer‑facing position you will help shoppers find the right products, drive sales, and maintain a welcoming store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and provide professional sales support.
• Assist customers in selecting products and services that best meet their needs.
• Achieve personal and store sales targets while contributing to overall store performance.
• Maintain product displays, pricing accuracy, and store presentation standards.
• Support inventory management activities, including stock replenishment and cycle counts.
• Participate in promotional campaigns and seasonal sales activities.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong communication abilities.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and peak‑season periods.
• Passion for sales and customer service.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
• Experience using POS (point‑of‑sale) systems.
