Sales Director

About the role

The Sales Director will lead the planning and execution of sales strategies for major accounts across multiple industry verticals. This senior position is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key relationships, and ensuring the delivery of tailored telecom solutions to meet customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with major accounts in Banking, Finance, Insurance, Energy, Construction, Industrials, Media, IT, Telecom, Health & Education sectors.
• Create detailed account sales plans and provide input on managed accounts.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing to influence new product/service development.
• Identify and capture customer requirements, ensuring timely order fulfillment.
• Manage large‑scale tender processes and coordinate contractual agreements with regulatory, corporate affairs, and legal teams.
• Deliver customized solutions and monitor customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate logistical contract activities and oversee documentation for major proposals.
• Develop short‑ and long‑term sales plans in alignment with STC product/service offerings.
• Support device supply‑chain operations, including order processing, procurement, and delivery.
• Monitor service activation lifecycle, resolve technical or operational issues, and manage trouble tickets in the CRM.
• Influence sales strategy, new product development, and ensure delivery of tailored solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing major accounts across Banking, Finance, Insurance, Energy, Construction, Industrials, Media, IT, Telecom, Health & Education sectors.
• Strong ability to develop short‑ and long‑term sales strategies.
• Experience handling large‑scale tender processes and contract negotiations.
• Track record of delivering customized telecom solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
