Sales Employee (Pool Safety Products)

About the role

A’mal Al-Masbah Al-Tijariyah is seeking a full‑time Sales Employee to promote its pool safety solutions in Riyadh. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients, presenting our stainless‑steel and acrylic safety products for swimming pools, fountains, and transparent waterfalls.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and qualify potential customers in the residential and commercial sectors.
• Conduct on‑site visits, product demonstrations, and prepare accurate quotations.
• Negotiate terms, close sales, and ensure smooth hand‑over to operations and production teams.
• Maintain ongoing relationships, respond to inquiries, and provide after‑sales support.
• Collect market feedback and contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven sales and customer‑service abilities with a focus on long‑term client relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of construction, pools, or water‑feature products and willingness to learn technical details.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, able to handle multiple accounts.
• Professional, results‑oriented mindset with integrity and the ability to work independently or within a team.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems (preferred).
