Sales Executive – Account Management

About the role

Dar al Mubtaker Smart Solutions is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to manage and grow client accounts for its call‑center and software solutions. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction while identifying opportunities to expand our services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture client accounts, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Develop deep knowledge of the company’s software and call‑center offerings to provide tailored support.
• Identify and pursue upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
• Prepare and present account performance reports and strategic plans.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of proven experience in account management, preferably within a call‑center or software solutions environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Hard‑working attitude with a proactive, positive mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid Saudi driver’s license and current residence in Riyadh.
