Sales Executive – Hospitality FF&E/OS&E (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to drive business growth across Saudi Arabia within the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate has strong experience in FF&E or OS&E, enjoys hunting new business, building senior‑level relationships and closing deals in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow B2B and project‑based sales across KSA.
• Build relationships with hotels, restaurants, hospitality suppliers, designers, architects and procurement firms.
• Conduct 12–15 qualified client meetings per week and target hotel groups, resorts and large‑scale developments.
• Identify new hotel openings and refurbishment projects.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets.
• Negotiate pricing, discounts and commercial terms.
• Collaborate with regional HQ for tenders, quotations and sales support.
• Maintain accurate CRM updates and report weekly sales progress.
• Travel across Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Medina and represent the brand at trade shows and industry exhibitions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in FF&E or OS&E within hospitality.
• Strong, established network in the hospitality industry (essential).
• Proven success in closing sales and managing multiple opportunities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven and results‑oriented.
• Strong planning and time‑management skills.
• Confident communicator with a friendly, professional personality.
• Comfortable with frequent travel and face‑to‑face client meetings.
• Valid Saudi driving licence and own car.
