Sales Manager – Control Panel / BMS / ELV / Electrical

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales of control panels, building management systems (BMS), extra‑low voltage (ELV) and electrical solutions. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will operate as an individual contributor, driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction across the assigned market.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and continuously improve sales SOPs, providing feedback to enhance departmental processes.
• Visit clients and project sites regularly to cover the market and capture new opportunities.
• Develop business plans for new market segments, assess feasibility, and build relationships with end‑users and major contractors as directed.
• Maintain an accurate project pursuit list and execute sales strategies using your market network.
• Manage the full customer lifecycle – pre‑sales, sales and post‑sales – ensuring professional interaction at every stage.
• Achieve annual bidding and sales targets, meeting volume and gross‑margin objectives set by the business unit heads.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within control‑panel, BMS, ELV or electrical sectors.
• Proven track record of implementing sales strategies and meeting sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with effective time‑management skills.
