Sales Manager – Dammam

About the role

The Sales Manager will drive profitable logistics revenue growth across the Eastern Province. You will develop new customers, expand existing accounts, and sell integrated freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, and value‑added logistics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Eastern Province sales plan, including customer segmentation, territory coverage, and pipeline management.
• Acquire new customers and grow strategic accounts across target sectors and logistics products.
• Lead solution development, pricing coordination, proposals, negotiations and contract closure while ensuring compliance with governance requirements.
• Maintain disciplined CRM records, accurate forecasts, and communicate customer commitments, risks and operational requirements internally.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Legal, Pricing and Customer Service to ensure feasible solutions and successful onboarding.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years selling logistics or supply‑chain services.
• Professional proficiency in Arabic and English.
