Sales Manager – Hotel

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead revenue growth for a hotel within the Accor network, overseeing all market segments from corporate and government to leisure, MICE and social events. You will be responsible for driving occupancy, meeting‑room utilization and food & beverage sales while upholding Mövenpick and Accor brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and annual revenue targets across all segments.
• Prospect new business, negotiate contracts and rates, and secure partnerships with corporate accounts, government entities and travel agencies.
• Maintain and grow a portfolio of key accounts, conducting regular reviews and creating account plans.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management and Reservations to optimise yield and profitability.
• Support the Food & Beverage and Events teams to generate banquet, catering and wedding business.
• Maintain accurate client data in the CRM system and produce sales forecasts and reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality sales, preferably within a large brand network.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyse market trends and competitor activity.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
