Sales Manager – Hotel & Resorts

About the role

EWAA Hotels is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the hotel’s sales initiatives across corporate, leisure and group segments. The role focuses on generating new business, nurturing client relationships and driving revenue growth for the property.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective hotel sales strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Identify and attract new corporate, leisure and group business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
• Conduct sales visits, client meetings and business development activities.
• Promote hotel rooms, food & beverage outlets, banquet halls and events.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and performance updates.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with Revenue, F&B, Front Office and Operations teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably within the hotel or hospitality sector.
• Proven experience in B2B and corporate sales.
• Target‑oriented with strong commercial awareness.
• Good knowledge of the local market and hospitality industry.
