Sales Manager

About the role

As a Sales Manager with Hilton, you will be the face of hospitality for our hotel guests, turning prospects into memorable stays. You will lead group‑sales initiatives, build lasting client relationships, and help drive revenue across our property.

Key responsibilities

• Research, prospect, and qualify leads through proactive outreach and database mining to exceed group‑sales targets.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned market segments, nurturing existing accounts and developing new ones to grow room revenue.
• Analyze hotel and market trends to create and execute targeted sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
• Prepare proposals, conduct site visits, negotiate terms, and secure contracts while maximizing profitability.
• Coordinate customer requirements for rooms, food & beverage, and meeting spaces, ensuring accurate entry into the hotel’s sales management system.
