Sales Manager – Logistics & Supply Chain

About the role

Burjline Builders is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead business growth across logistics, supply chain, warehousing, transportation, and 3PL services in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on acquiring new B2B clients, managing key accounts, and delivering integrated logistics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Identify and secure new B2B clients in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, and transportation.
• Promote integrated solutions including warehousing, freight forwarding, 3PL, and distribution.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and contracts.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
• Expand services within existing accounts and conduct market research.
• Collaborate with operations, customer service, and internal teams for seamless delivery.
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking activities.
• Report sales performance and business development metrics to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing or related field.
• 5–8 years of B2B sales experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, transportation or 3PL.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new business.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end logistics solutions.
• Established network of corporate clients in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
