Sales Manager – NIPA / NDT Services

About the role

ROSEN Saudi Arabia is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the promotion of its NIPA and NDT services across the Kingdom. You will act as the primary liaison between ROSEN and its customers, driving business growth and ensuring high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to expand business continuously.
• Analyse market needs, develop strategies, and increase brand awareness of ROSEN products and services.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and represent ROSEN throughout the sales cycle.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, manage sales execution, and provide after‑sales support.
• Achieve market presence targets, gather market intelligence, and align regional sales strategies with Service Line management.
• Continuously improve market understanding, including regulatory changes and competition.
• Collaborate with other ROSEN services to deliver comprehensive customer solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and relevant industry qualifications.
• At least 5 years of experience in a technical, customer‑facing role, preferably in Oil & Gas.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Team‑player attitude, self‑motivated and able to work in challenging environments.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.
• High level of spoken and written English; Arabic is an advantage.
