Sales Manager – Saudi Arabia (Middle East Support)

About the role

The Sales Manager – Saudi Arabia will drive sales growth in Saudi Arabia while supporting broader Middle East opportunities. You will engage directly with customers, develop a channel‑partner network, and collaborate with regional and global commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies to meet order, revenue, and market‑share targets in Saudi Arabia and contribute to regional growth.
• Maintain direct contact with customer accounts, monitor satisfaction, industry trends, and competitor activity.
• Develop, onboard, and manage a Channel Partner network, conducting performance reviews and joint planning.
• Work with partners on opportunity development, tender participation, and customer engagement, providing technical and commercial guidance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver appropriate technical solutions for projects.
• Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, and conferences.
• Maintain CRM, opportunity funnel, and forecasting tools; deliver monthly and quarterly forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in the Middle East, preferably in Oil & Gas or Utilities.
• Experience managing Channel Partner networks.
• Strong ability to learn and communicate technical product applications.
• Proficiency in business software and ability to work independently with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Valid passport, driver’s license, and willingness to travel up to 50% within Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.
