Sales & Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Specialist will work closely with the marketing team to execute content strategies, lead generation and digital campaigns while supporting the KSA sales team in sales activities. This position combines creativity, analytical thinking and proactive outreach to boost brand visibility and drive client acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and publish content for social media platforms, company blogs and website articles.
• Create Arabic marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Generate visual and written marketing assets, including graphics, posts and ad copy.
• Conduct lead generation, qualification and outreach using company scripts across multiple platforms.
• Track responses, manage follow‑up processes and maintain lead data in HubSpot.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
• Monitor and analyze engagement metrics and campaign performance, reporting KPIs to the Commercial Manager.
• Support the sales team with cold calls, email sequences, presentations and product overviews.
• Perform SWOT analysis, competitor research and market trend identification.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in sales or marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Relevant certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics or META are highly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and networking abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Apps.
• Experience using HubSpot for lead management.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics and META advertising platforms.
