Sales Representative – General Orthopedic & Trauma

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to promote and sell General Orthopedic – Trauma products in the Qassim region of Saudi Arabia. The role involves prospecting new business, building strong relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop sales opportunities for Orthopedic‑Trauma products within the assigned territory.
• Prepare sales forecasts and action plans aligned with company strategy and obtain supervisor approval.
• Represent AMICO as an authorized partner, engaging surgeons, nurses and clinical staff.
• Participate in marketing events, conferences and workshops to promote the product portfolio.
• Provide technical support during equipment installation, start‑up, utilization and maintenance.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, collect payments and report on competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance and market intelligence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in medical device or orthopedic sales; fresh graduates with strong selling drive may be considered.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Strong relationship‑building and persuasive abilities with a solid business acumen.

Required skills

• Technical support for orthopedic‑trauma equipment.
• In‑depth knowledge of General Orthopedic – Trauma products.
