Sales Representative – Outstation Territory (FMCG)

About the role

Baazeem Trading Company is seeking experienced sales professionals to manage outstation territories within the fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring market coverage across a geographically dispersed area.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales, distribution, collection, and coverage targets.
• Develop and manage customers within the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular customer visits to ensure effective market coverage.
• Identify opportunities to acquire new customers while expanding existing accounts.
• Maintain strong relationships and high service levels with customers.
• Monitor product availability, visibility, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Execute sales plans, promotions, and company initiatives.
• Ensure timely collection of customer payments and proper account follow‑up.
• Prepare and submit regular sales and market reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry.
• Experience across multiple sales channels: Traditional Trade, Wholesale, Modern Trade, and Key Accounts.
• Previous handling of outstation territories is highly preferred.
• Valid Saudi driving license.

Required skills

• Experience using Sales Buzz, C‑Store, or similar sales systems.
