About the role
Fresha is seeking a Sales Specialist – Account Growth to join its Riyadh office. Reporting to the Account Manager Team Lead, you will build relationships with partner businesses and drive monetisation of the Fresha platform. The role is office‑based, fast‑paced and requires Arabic fluency.
Key responsibilities
- Meet KPIs for revenue growth by proactively engaging and educating partners on the value of Fresha.
- Introduce and convert partners to Fresha’s payments solution.
- Optimise partner listings and availability on the marketplace to maximise conversions.
- Act as a dedicated advisor for a portfolio of partner accounts, guiding product selection and adoption.
- Conduct video meetings to communicate features, benefits and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a strong partner experience.
Required profile
- Fluent Arabic (mandatory).
- Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in commercial growth or account management preferred.
