Sales Specialist

About the role

The Sales Specialist will work as part of PepsiCo's sales team to maximise on‑shelf presence of SSFL products across assigned outlets. The role involves merchandising, planogram compliance, and occasional in‑store sampling or promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Visit specific OT outlets according to the daily journey plan provided by the supervisor.
• Merchandise SSFL products in all access points, including shelves, stands and floor displays.
• Place POS material next to SSFL displays where applicable.
• Ensure all displays follow approved planograms and rotate stock using the FIFO method.
• Maintain a clean, fresh stock of SSFL products on the shelf at all times.
• Monitor and report competitive activities and any deviations from agreed terms.
• Provide daily activity reports to the supervisor.
• Participate in sampling or redemption campaigns when required.
• Maintain appropriate personal appearance and professional behaviour.

Required profile

• Experience in retail merchandising or field sales.
• Ability to follow a daily journey plan and adhere to planograms.
• Knowledge of FIFO inventory rotation and product freshness standards.
• Strong communication skills for reporting to supervisors and pre‑seller.
• Professional appearance and conduct in store environments.
