Sales Specialist

About the role

The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. The role focuses on promoting Alhayat Medical Group’s medical services, building and maintaining relationships with patients, corporate clients, and partners, and achieving defined sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities within the healthcare market.
• Conduct service presentations and follow up on leads.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through ongoing support.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to understand service offerings.
• Prepare proposals and support contract negotiations.
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in training and outreach activities to strengthen market presence.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proven sales experience with lead generation, closing deals, and meeting/exceeding targets.
• Ability to train and manage sales processes, supporting junior staff onboarding.
• Relevant experience in healthcare or medical services sales, especially in Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools.
• Fluency in Arabic; good English communication skills preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
