Sales Specialist – Lead Engagement (Saudi Language & Culture Services)

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to drive lead engagement for Saudi language and culture services. You will manage the full lead lifecycle, from outreach and qualification to presentations and closing, focusing initially on B2C sales while also supporting B2B opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with leads generated through marketing channels at each stage of the sales pipeline.
• Conduct free trial sessions for prospective clients both online and in‑person.
• Follow up with trial participants via phone, WhatsApp, or email to convert them into paying customers.
• Explain pricing plans, session formats, and learning outcomes to potential clients.
• Maintain and update sales pipelines for B2C and corporate clients in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Contribute to the overall growth of the sales team.

Required profile

• Located in Riyadh.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• 1–3 years of sales experience.
• Strong English communication and persuasion skills.
• Confident, creative, and comfortable engaging with diverse backgrounds.
• Interest in languages, education, or cultural learning is a plus.
• Self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced, growing environments.
