Sales Specialist – MEP

About the role

The company is seeking a results‑driven Sales Specialist to expand its footprint in the Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) market. The role blends technical knowledge of MEP systems with commercial expertise to identify business opportunities, nurture client relationships and secure profitable contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market presence in MEP.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities with contractors, consultants, developers and government entities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations and tender submissions.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure client requirements are accurately addressed.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while protecting profitability.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to spot growth opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and report results to management.
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in MEP contracting, electromechanical systems or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire‑protection systems.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship‑management skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
