Salesperson – Retail (Hail)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, customer‑focused Salesperson to join our retail team in Hail. You will work on the shop floor, engaging with customers, promoting our product range and helping the store achieve its sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Promote current promotions, meet individual and store sales targets, and close sales using upselling techniques.
• Maintain attractive product displays, restock shelves, verify pricing and keep the sales floor clean.
• Stay up‑to‑date on product features, benefits and promotions.
• Operate the cash register and payment systems accurately, handling transactions, returns and exchanges.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.
• Collaborate with colleagues and store leadership to meet daily operational goals.
• Follow cash‑handling, security and compliance procedures.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of retail or sales experience (entry‑level candidates with strong customer service skills are welcome).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication in Arabic and English.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift stock and perform routine store tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia.
