SAP Data & Analytics Services Team Lead

About the role

The SAP Data & Analytics Services Team Lead will drive the delivery of enterprise‑wide data and analytics solutions, overseeing BI, analytics, and data infrastructure teams. This role ensures that data initiatives are aligned with business goals and fosters a data‑driven culture across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall data and analytics strategy in line with the company’s vision and objectives.
• Lead the design, development, and delivery of dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights.
• Guide the creation of advanced analytics models and ensure they meet business needs.
• Oversee data warehouse and data lake architecture, governance, and security to support scalable operations.
• Act as the primary liaison between the data function and business stakeholders, translating complex data concepts into business language.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and tools to enhance data capabilities.
• Establish and enforce data governance frameworks, policies, and standards to maintain data integrity and compliance.
• Recruit, develop, and manage high‑performing team members while addressing performance issues.
