SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

About the role

Avensys Consulting is looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join its Riyadh office on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will design, configure and support payroll solutions for a multinational client, ensuring compliance with local regulations and delivering a seamless payroll experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and implement SAP HCM Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain payroll schemas, PCRs, wage‑type configurations and Payroll Control Center (PCC) settings.
• Execute year‑end activities, statutory reporting and tax compliance for Saudi Arabia and other countries.
• Debug payroll runs, resolve discrepancies and provide ongoing support and enhancements.
• Produce functional specifications, configuration documentation and test scripts.

Required profile

• 8+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP HCM Payroll or SAP ECP.
• Strong functional knowledge of payroll processes, gross‑to‑net calculations and country‑specific regulations.
• Proven ability to analyse complex payroll issues and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
