Section Manager General Insurance - Facility

About the role

The Section Manager General Insurance – Facility will ensure that alfanar Electric’s insurance programmes fully cover operational risks and comply with policy terms. Based in Riyadh, the role works closely with the Head Office and various operational departments to prevent coverage gaps and claim denials.

Key responsibilities

• Review and monitor the adequacy of insurance coverage against the company’s operational risks, limits, deductibles and exclusions.
• Verify compliance with all policy terms, warranties and operational obligations, maintaining a structured register of conditions.
• Follow up on recommendations issued by insurers and risk‑assessment firms, classifying them by severity and coordinating implementation or alternatives.
• Prepare periodic risk and insurance‑gap reports and update the Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the Head Office.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure obligations are met and raise alerts for any non‑compliance that could affect claim validity.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of insurance policies, coverage limits, deductibles and exclusions.
• Experience in risk assessment, compliance monitoring and reporting within an industrial or construction environment.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with operations, finance and senior management.
