About the role
Lead manufacturing audit activities, manage audit teams, assess operational controls and provide recommendations to improve process effectiveness, compliance and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assess manufacturing risks and develop risk‑based audit plans covering operations, supply chain, inventory, procurement and compliance.
- Manage audit engagements, oversee audit teams, review findings and ensure quality outcomes.
- Evaluate process controls, identify gaps and recommend improvements across ERP systems and manufacturing applications.
- Analyze manufacturing KPIs, monitor corrective actions and report findings to plant leadership.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in internal audit, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Proven ability to lead audit teams, manage stakeholder relationships and drive process improvements.
