Security Access Management Analyst

About the role

The Security Access Management Analyst is responsible for managing identities and access to resources across business and industrial networks, including Active Directory and SAP systems. The role ensures implementation of best practices, user administration, and compliance with cybersecurity and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the identity access management strategy and deliver solutions that meet operational and cybersecurity needs.
• Define, update, and enforce IAM procedures, guidelines, and group policies.
• Administer systems such as RSA and IAM platforms, manage accounts, network rights, and assess access controls against regulatory standards.
• Design and integrate IAM solutions, including role‑based authorizations and access controls across multiple systems.
• Provision and de‑provision user accounts, and coordinate changes with stakeholders to address gaps.
• Establish continuous monitoring tools for access control processes and ensure compliance with safety and cybersecurity policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in identity and access management or related fields.
