Security Guard – Villa Compound, Jubail

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Security Guard to protect a residential villa compound in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. You will ensure the safety of residents, visitors, and assets by monitoring access points, conducting patrols, and responding swiftly to incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control entry and exit points, verify visitor identities, and maintain visitor logs.
• Conduct regular patrols throughout the compound to detect hazards and security breaches.
• Report and document security incidents, suspicious activities, and hazards.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and security concerns.
• Monitor CCTV and other security equipment where applicable.
• Enforce compound security policies and procedures.
• Assist residents, staff, and visitors with security‑related inquiries.
• Prepare daily security reports and incident records.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous security experience preferred.
• Basic Arabic communication skills; English is an advantage.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to patrol the premises.
• Strong observation and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of security and emergency response procedures.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems.
• Experience with access control systems.
• Experience in residential compounds, facilities, or construction projects.
