Security Managed Services Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Security Managed Services Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our cyber security operations. You will work closely with SIEM engineers and other security teams to ensure robust detection, investigation, and response capabilities across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain incident response plans, SOC policies, processes, and procedures.
• Create, refine, and manage correlation rules within SIEM platforms.
• Administer EDR and NDR technologies, including deployment, upgrades, health monitoring, and policy management across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
• Integrate EDR/NDR solutions with SIEM and other security tools, and develop custom correlation rules.
• Analyze security events, produce cyber‑intelligence reports, and provide guidance to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Lead the cyber security team, offering on‑call support outside regular business hours.
• Manage support tickets related to EDR/NDR tools and propose enhancements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in incident response, SOC operations, and SIEM management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for senior management.
• Leadership ability to guide a cyber team and deliver on‑call support.
• Relevant certifications such as GIAC GCIH, GMON, or GCFA are preferred.
