Security Manager – Facility Operations

About the role

The Security Manager – Facility Operations will lead industrial security across Alfanar Group’s facilities. You will develop and enforce security policies, oversee critical security systems, and ensure compliance with national regulations while maintaining a safe environment for employees and assets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain comprehensive security policies aligned with regulatory standards.
• Oversee access‑control, surveillance, intrusion detection and alarm systems for all sites.
• Coordinate with government authorities to ensure compliance with national security requirements.
• Lead periodic security audits and risk assessments, and drive corrective action plans.
• Supervise internal security staff and contracted personnel, including performance evaluations.
• Design, test and continuously improve site‑specific emergency response and drill programs.
• Deliver regular security training and awareness sessions for employees at all levels.
• Manage incident response from containment through investigation and resolution, ensuring timely reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 72 months (6 years) of experience in industrial or facility security management.
• Proven ability to lead security teams and manage third‑party security contracts.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian security regulations and industry best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in risk assessment, audit execution and corrective action implementation.
• Excellent coordination skills with government agencies and internal stakeholders.
