Security & Safety Assistant (Saudization)

About the role

The Security & Safety Assistant supports the safe and secure operation of Al-Futtaim Logistics warehouses and yards in Riyadh. Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Supervisor/Manager, the role ensures compliance with KSA regulations and company policies while maintaining a secure environment.

Key responsibilities

• Control security aspects of the warehouse interior and exterior.
• Adhere to service levels and all KSA rules and regulations.
• Report to the Warehouse Operations Supervisor/Manager.
• Enforce group policies related to security, HR, and EHS.
• Maintain Al-Futtaim's behavioral standards.
• Conduct routine checks and patrols to monitor safety and security.
• Respond promptly to security breaches or incidents.
• Collaborate with other departments for comprehensive security management.

Required profile

• School completion certificate.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar security role.
• Strong knowledge of local safety and security regulations.
• Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure while planning efficiently.
