Security Supervisor

About the role

The Security Supervisor will oversee all security activities at the company’s head office and its network of warehouses. The role ensures robust access control, effective guard management, timely incident reporting and readiness for emergencies, creating a safe and compliant environment for employees and assets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor security operations across the head office and all warehouse sites.
• Implement and maintain access‑control procedures and systems.
• Manage guard teams, schedules and performance.
• Document and report security incidents promptly.
• Prepare and coordinate emergency response plans to ensure business continuity.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Previous supervisory experience with hands‑on expertise in security.
• Strong knowledge of security operations and preventive solutions.
• Proven problem‑solving and follow‑up abilities.
• Experience in managing security functions in an industrial setting.

Required skills

• Familiarity with access control systems.
• Experience using SAP SuccessFactors.
• Knowledge of purchase‑request (PR) and goods‑receipt‑note (GRN) processes.
