Senior Account Manager – Amazon Payment Services

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial, and analytical Senior Account Manager to lead relationships with key merchants for Amazon Payment Services. You will act as the primary liaison between external merchants and internal teams, driving growth while ensuring exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with external merchant partners.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to improve merchant onboarding, growth, and management processes.
• Represent merchant interests to senior leadership and influence product and operational decisions.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with business, operations, marketing, product, and technology teams.
• Develop scalable processes, project plans, and schedules to support merchant initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and growing relationships with internal and external partners.
• Strong track record of communicating and presenting to senior leadership.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and analytical problem‑solving.
• Experience in sales, business development, or account management roles.
