Senior Account Manager

About the role

The Senior Account Manager will operate at the crossroads of account management, creator operations, and cross‑functional coordination within a fast‑scaling digital ecosystem in Saudi Arabia. You will strengthen relationships with creators and agencies while driving performance, efficiency, and transparency across account processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise account‑management workflows to improve communication, tracking and operational efficiency.
• Collect and analyse feedback from creators and agencies, turning trends into actionable improvements.
• Maintain high standards of creator performance, including content quality, engagement and promotional consistency.
• Support creator‑driven promotion strategies across multiple social platforms and monitor weekly performance and campaign delivery.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives related to creator tools, analytics and operational systems.
• Unify creator analytics across internal dashboards, reporting tools and data visualisation systems.
• Oversee payout processes to ensure accuracy, transparency and timely execution.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to enhance creator‑facing tools and workflows.

Required profile

• Strong analytical, operational and interpersonal abilities in a fast‑paced, digital‑first environment.
• Financial literacy and experience with financial operations tools.
• Proficiency in managing complex workflows and diverse stakeholder groups.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards).
• Financial operations tools such as 1C.
• Data visualisation/analytics platforms (e.g., Superset or similar).
• Project‑management and collaboration tools like Slack and Jira.
