Senior Account Manager

About the role

Jisr, Saudi Arabia’s leading HR and payroll platform, is looking for a Senior Account Manager to own and grow its largest enterprise accounts. The role focuses on expanding existing relationships, driving upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of large/enterprise accounts as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Build and execute account growth plans, identifying upsell, cross‑sell and expansion opportunities.
• Map and manage relationships across multiple stakeholders, including economic buyers, champions, end users, procurement and C‑level executives.
• Track product usage and SaaS metrics (NRR, churn, seat/usage expansion) to proactively manage account health.
• Navigate and resolve customer issues by collaborating with Customer Success, Product, Support and Finance teams.
• Lead negotiations on renewals, expansions and commercial terms for complex accounts.
• Represent the voice of the customer internally and advocate for company decisions externally when needed.
• Maintain accurate account plans and pipeline records in the CRM.

Required profile

• Saudi national.
• 5‑8 years of B2B sales or account management experience.
• Proven SaaS/software solution sales experience with a track record of growing existing accounts.
• Experience navigating multi‑stakeholder enterprise accounts.
• Nice‑to‑have bilingual Arabic/English.
• Nice‑to‑have experience with CRM/account‑planning tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight or HubSpot.
