Senior AI/ML Analyst – Commercial Analytics

About the role

Join MBRF as a Senior AI/ML Analyst, focusing on commercial analytics to drive sales performance and revenue optimization. You will develop and deploy machine‑learning models that detect anomalies, uncover opportunities, and support forecasting across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI/ML models to identify commercial anomalies, uncover business opportunities, and improve sales performance.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to generate actionable insights on sales, customer behavior, pricing, promotions, demand, and portfolio performance.
• Build predictive models, automated alerts, and simulation tools to support forecasting, pricing strategies, revenue optimization, and commercial decision‑making.
• Partner closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, and IT teams to enhance KPI frameworks, reporting, and AI‑driven business capabilities.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency while translating technical findings into executive‑ready dashboards and business recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or Commercial Analytics, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Python, SQL and machine‑learning frameworks such as Scikit‑learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience building predictive models, anomaly detection solutions and deploying ML models into production environments.
• Currently based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, or willing to relocate.
• Fluent English; Arabic or Portuguese is a plus.
