Senior Analyst - IT Support

About the role

Marsh is seeking a Senior Analyst, IT Support to provide dedicated, hands‑on onsite end‑user IT support in a consulting‑style environment. The role involves full‑cycle support, from diagnosis to resolution, while meeting agreed KPIs and SLAs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite and virtual support for Windows laptops, MacBooks/macOS, Microsoft Office, corporate applications, mobile devices, printers, and AV/meeting‑room systems.
• Perform laptop builds, imaging, Windows Autopilot deployment, and Mobile Device Management compliance.
• Execute basic networking, server‑room, cabling, and rack‑and‑stack activities as needed.
• Log and track incidents in the incident management system and ensure timely escalation.
• Deliver proactive support using performance monitoring tools such as Nexthink and share knowledge with colleagues.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on enterprise IT support experience, supporting 100+ users.
• Proven onsite support experience in a corporate or professional services environment.
• Bachelor’s degree (technical preferred) and excellent English communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite 5 days/week in Riyadh and provide occasional after‑hours support.
