About the role
Gensler is seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to lead design solutions across all project phases. You will collaborate with studio teams, the Principal‑In‑Charge, Design Director and Design Manager to turn concepts into built environments.
Key responsibilities
- Manage design and delivery for hospitality, residential and retail projects.
- Lead project meetings, presentations and keep clients informed of progress.
- Develop comprehensive design concepts from schematic through construction documentation.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical feasibility and design excellence.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative studio culture.
Required profile
- Seasoned architect with a track record on high‑profile, design‑driven projects.
- Strong ability to balance innovative thinking with practical technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Accountable, self‑motivated and comfortable with personal responsibility.
- Commitment to sustainability and diverse design perspectives.
