Senior Architect

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our Riyadh office. The successful candidate will lead the creation of innovative architectural concepts and ensure they are translated into high‑quality, buildable designs for residential villas, multi‑story buildings, and commercial complexes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of architectural concepts from concept design through detailed design stages.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings and technical documentation to the highest professional standards.
• Ensure all designs comply with the Saudi Building Code and local regulations.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (structural, MEP, etc.) for fully integrated designs.
• Review and maintain the quality of all design outputs.
• Provide innovative, practical solutions that meet client requirements and optimise space utilisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in architectural design, including villas, residential buildings, and commercial developments.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and Riyadh‑specific regulations.
• Proven ability to develop concepts and carry projects from vision to execution.
