Senior Architect / Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Architect / Project Manager to lead high‑end, complex architectural projects from concept through delivery. The role combines design leadership, technical coordination, BIM expertise and project management within a Saudi engineering consultancy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from concept design through tender and construction documentation.
• Coordinate client, internal design teams, sub‑consultants and authorities as the main project liaison.
• Manage scope, schedules, design deliverables, technical quality and coordination workflow.
• Identify and mitigate design, coordination and authority‑approval risks.
• Oversee BIM‑based coordination, clash detection, model reviews and interdisciplinary integration.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code, municipal, civil‑defence and accessibility regulations.
• Prepare progress updates, lead project meetings and follow up on action items.

Required profile

• Senior professional with strong architectural design background.
• Proven experience on high‑rise, hospitality, mixed‑use or luxury developments.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, sub‑consultants and client expectations.
• In‑depth knowledge of Saudi codes and local authority requirements.
