Senior Architect – Riyadh (Onsite)

About the role
We are a fast‑growing engineering consultancy looking for a Senior Architect to lead projects in Riyadh. The role is fully onsite and requires deep expertise in local building regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead architectural design for commercial and residential projects.
- Ensure all designs comply with the Saudi Building Code and relevant municipal regulations.
- Produce and review detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams and local authorities.
- Mentor junior architects and support the development of internal design standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of professional architectural experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and municipality regulations.
- Preferred registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
- Fluent English communication skills.
Required skills
- AutoCAD proficiency.
- Revit proficiency.
