Senior Architectural Designer

About the role

Flow is redefining living, working and community experiences across the MENA region. As a Senior Architectural Designer you will shape wellness‑driven residential, hospitality and lifestyle projects, translating Flow’s brand vision into high‑quality built environments.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate on concept design, feasibility studies, programming, schematic design, design development, presentations and production.
• Translate Flow’s brand and wellness focus into architectural solutions for residential, hospitality and lifestyle developments.
• Design spaces that promote well‑being, natural connection, movement, social interaction, privacy, comfort and a strong sense of place.
• Plan and design residential units, amenities, wellness facilities, hospitality spaces, communal areas and lifestyle environments.
• Coordinate architecture with interiors, landscape, lighting, MEP, structural and specialist consultants.
• Maintain design solutions aligned with Flow Brand Standards and project‑specific requirements.
• Produce 2D drawings and 3D models using Revit.

Required profile

• Design‑led architect with strong creative thinking and technical expertise.
• Understanding of wellness‑focused, hospitality, residential and human‑centered design.
• Minimum 10 years (120 months) of relevant experience.
