About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Saudi national to join its Audit & Assurance practice in Saudi Arabia as a Senior. The role involves leading audit engagements, building relationships with clients, and ensuring high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Build trust with stakeholders by understanding their service expectations and individual priorities.
• Deliver high‑quality audit services, applying practical awareness of regulatory impact and risk management.
• Prepare and adapt referral instructions to clearly define audit scope and focus areas.
• Liaise with on‑shore and off‑shore Centers of Excellence, coordinating delegated tasks and ensuring accurate information exchange.
• Track deliverables from component auditors, integrate findings, and link risks, controls, and procedures across the audit file.
• Articulate audit quality milestones, monitor their completion, and explain their contribution to overall audit quality.
• Prepare documentation that anticipates reviewer questions and distinguishes accounting judgments from audit judgments.
• Challenge audit timing where appropriate and propose efficiencies to improve the audit cycle.

Required profile

• Saudi national with relevant audit experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and understanding of regulatory impact on business processes.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse teams and clients.
• Proactive attitude in managing risks, controls, and procedures.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to anticipate reviewer inquiries.
• Collaborative approach to working with global teams.
