Senior Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead analysis activities, drive process improvement and ensure high‑quality product delivery within an Agile environment. The role bridges business needs and technical delivery, supporting development teams and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end requirements gathering through workshops, interviews and stakeholder engagement.
• Document requirements using user stories, use cases, functional specifications, BRD and SRS.
• Conduct As‑Is / To‑Be business process analysis and model workflows with BPMN or similar tools.
• Perform gap and impact analysis, recommend feasible solutions and support decision‑making with data insights.
• Prepare and lead User Acceptance Testing, creating test scenarios and documenting results.
• Collaborate with development teams to clarify requirements, support sprint activities and ensure alignment.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and contribute to continuous improvement in an Agile framework.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or a related field.
• 5+ years of business analysis experience in Agile teams.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast‑changing environments.
