About the role

Cooperman & Goldberg is seeking a Senior Business Developer to join its Riyadh office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and delivering high‑quality proposals that align with the company’s construction expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new leads through proactive outreach and market research.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities.
• Nurture existing client relationships and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Develop and present compelling proposals and bids for construction projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective business development strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to assess market data and business prospects.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction, presentations, and negotiations.
• Proven experience working independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in the construction sector or related fields is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
