Senior Business Development Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

Kimans Metering is launching a dedicated commercial front in Saudi Arabia and seeks a senior, self‑driven Business Development Manager to build the business from the ground up. Reporting to the regional Dubai office, you will act as a senior individual contributor responsible for driving nationwide growth of Kimans’ smart‑metering portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual go‑to‑market plan for KSA, defining targets, account focus, partner strategy and quarterly milestones.
• Identify, recruit, onboard and activate distributors, channel partners, integrators and service partners across all regions, providing training, joint visits and performance reviews.
• Secure inclusion of Kimans products in consultant specifications and approved‑vendor lists, managing technical and commercial presentations.
• Generate market awareness and demand with developers, district‑cooling operators, utilities, contractors and other decision‑makers; represent Kimans at exhibitions and technical events.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to negotiation and close, with authority to approve pricing, discounts and payment terms within policy.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, produce regular reporting and forecasting for accounts, partner activity and consultant approvals.

Required profile

• Senior‑level business development professional with a proven track record of building partner ecosystems.
• Self‑driven and results‑oriented, able to work independently while coordinating with the Dubai regional team.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, discounting and contract negotiations.
• Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian market and ability to engage with utilities, developers and engineering consultants.
