Senior Business Rules and Operations Manager

About the role

The Senior Business Rules and Operations Manager will support strategic enablement, process optimisation, analytics and capability building across the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) function at Fakeeh Care Group. Acting as an internal partner, the role drives innovation, performance improvement and operational resilience in collaboration with stakeholders and governance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise‑wide RCM process reviews, identify inefficiencies and redesign workflows for scalability and standardisation.
• Document current and future‑state workflows, SOPs and operational policies with functional leads.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies to structure and sustain improvements.
• Serve as the RCM interface for compliance, audit and governance meetings; track outcomes and coordinate responses.
• Develop and lead training programmes, SOP documentation and onboarding initiatives to institutionalise knowledge.
• Provide governance and oversight for clinical coding performance, lead audits and corrective‑action plans.
• Partner with RCM leadership to pilot new models, validate solutions and monitor adoption and business impact.
• Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in revenue cycle, performance improvement or healthcare operations.
• Strong leadership and change‑management capabilities.
• Proven ability to translate analytical insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
